A majority worry about other nations winning the AI race

Six-in-ten Americans say they are at least somewhat concerned about foreign nations winning the AI race, including 16% who are extremely concerned, according to a Verasight survey conducted July 30-Aug. 4, 2025.
Another 30% say they are not at all concerned, while 11% say they are unfamiliar with the topic.
