Roughly a quarter of Americans (27%) agree there is a technological solution to all of humanity's problems, including 7% who definitely agree, according to a June 2026 Verasight survey.
Far more are doubtful: 47% disagree, including 21% who definitely disagree, while 26% neither agree nor disagree.
