Americans are lukewarm on the nation's ROTC programs

Americans view the nation's Reserve Officer Training Corps programs with tempered confidence. Four-in-ten express a middling level of confidence in the programs, while 25% express high confidence, including 10% who report extreme confidence, according to a Verasight survey conducted Oct. 1-11, 2024.
Doubt outweighs enthusiasm: 34% express low confidence, including 9% who say they have no confidence at all.
