For many Americans, AI hasn't changed daily life much

For a plurality of Americans, AI is neither a help nor a hindrance in daily life: 45% say it has made their day-to-day about the same, while about three-in-ten (31%) say it has made life easier, a June 2025 Verasight survey finds.
Relatively few (4%) say AI has made daily life harder, and one-in-five (20%) are not sure what difference it has made.
