About four-in-ten U.S. adults (39%) say the availability of mobile sports betting has neither detracted from nor enhanced their experience as sports spectators, while 31% don't watch sports at all, according to a November 2025 Verasight survey.

A smaller share (16%) say mobile betting has detracted from that experience at least somewhat, including 6% who say it has greatly detracted. And 14% say it has enhanced the experience at least somewhat, including 5% who say it has done so greatly.
