A solid majority are confident their votes will be counted correctly in 2026
Core finding
Nearly two-thirds of Americans (63%) are confident that votes nationwide will be counted as voters intend in the 2026 congressional election, including 20% who are very confident, according to a Verasight survey conducted March 6-16, 2026.
The other 37% are not confident, including 11% who are not at all confident.
