A solid majority don't use cannabis

Nearly two-thirds of Americans (64%) say they do not currently use cannabis, according to a May 2026 Verasight survey.
One-in-ten Americans (10%) use it near daily or more, while 8% use it a few times a year, 7% weekly, 6% monthly, and 5% less than once a year. Relatively few (1%) prefer not to answer.
