Many Americans either don't use TikTok or wouldn't sell their usage data
Reading
When asked how much a researcher would have to pay for their TikTok usage data, most Americans (57%) take the deal off the table entirely: 35% say they do not use TikTok, and 22% say they would not sell for any amount, according to an October 2024 Verasight survey.
The rest name a price, mostly a high one: 27% would want more than $30, while just 7% would settle for $30, 5% for $20, and 4% for $10.
