In a Verasight survey of 1,000 U.S. adults conducted Nov. 14 to 20, 2025, 85% of Americans said they are very or somewhat interested in cutting back on ultra-processed foods.

That includes 51% who said they are very interested and 34% who said somewhat interested. About one in ten were not too or not at all interested (11%), while 4% were not sure.
