Nearly half expect Black leadership behind products aimed at Black consumers

Nearly half of Americans (46%) agree that if a product is designed for Black consumers, they would expect its company's leadership to be Black, according to a May 2026 Verasight survey. About 14% agree strongly.
Around three-in-ten (30%) disagree, including 11% who strongly disagree, and roughly a quarter (24%) are neutral.
