In a Verasight survey of 1,000 U.S. adults conducted May 11, 2026, 97% of Americans said they pay attention to their emotions at least sometimes. Including 46% who said they always do and 51% who said they sometimes do.
Few Americans said they never pay attention to their emotions (3%).
