Six-in-ten Americans (60%) say it holds true that they feel respected in most everyday interactions, including 12% for whom it is very true and 48% for whom it is mostly so, according to a March 2025 Verasight survey.

Another 27% say it is neither true nor untrue, and 13% say it is untrue, including 4% for whom it is not at all true.
