Core finding

About one-in-three Americans (34%) say what's holding their wellness journey back is that they're pretty healthy and don't need to worry, according to a November 2025 Verasight survey.

Cost and confusion follow: 27% say they can't afford their healthcare expenses, and 25% don't know where to begin. Fewer (11%) say they don't want to spend money on preventive health, while 13% point to something else.
