More than three-quarters haven't used cannabis daily for a stretch in the past five years

Just 22% of Americans say there was a period in the last five years when they were using cannabis daily or almost daily for at least a month, according to a March 2026 Verasight survey.
Most (77%) say there was no such period, and 1% prefer not to say.
