Most Americans are neutral or unfamiliar with Pharmacy Benefit Managers

Just over half of Americans (52%) hold no firm view of pharmacy benefit managers, with 32% feeling neutral and another 20% saying they are not familiar enough to judge, according to a Verasight survey conducted Dec. 3-8, 2025.
The remaining Americans hold a definite opinion: 16% are somewhat positive and 6% very positive, while 14% feel very negative and 12% somewhat negative.
