Most Americans feel at least a little addicted to their phone

Nearly nine-in-ten Americans (87%) feel at least a little addicted to their phone, with only 13% saying not at all, according to a November 2024 Verasight survey.
Somewhat is the most common single response (30%), followed by a little (25%), a lot (17%), and 15% who feel completely addicted.
