Patients feel their doctors understand their health concerns
Core finding
Nearly three-quarters of Americans (73%) agree that their doctor understands their health concerns and objectives, according to a Verasight survey conducted Nov. 14-20, 2025. Roughly as many agree somewhat (37%) as strongly (36%).
Fewer than one-in-ten (9%) disagree, including 3% who strongly disagree, while 18% neither agree nor disagree.
