Just over half of Americans (51%) support canceling some or all federal student loan debt, including 22% who strongly agree, according to a Verasight survey conducted Jan. 18 to 24, 2024.
About three-in-ten (31%) disagree, including 18% who strongly disagree, and 18% neither agree nor disagree.
