A slim majority of Americans (54%) hold an unfavorable view of Donald Trump, including 42% whose view is very unfavorable, according to a July 2025 Verasight survey of 494 U.S. adults.

About a third (33%) view him favorably, including 15% very favorably, while 13% are neutral.
