Half of Americans (50%) agree that political issues today are discussed too often in moral terms and not enough in practical ones, including 10% who strongly agree, according to a June 2025 Verasight survey.
About a quarter (23%) disagree, including 5% who strongly disagree, while 28% take neither side.
