Most see the elderly as unlikely domestic terrorists
Core finding
Asked how likely elderly people are to be domestic terrorists, most Americans see little risk: 57% see them as unlikely, including 32% who say very unlikely, according to an April 2024 Verasight survey.
Close to three-in-ten (29%) land in the middle, seeing the elderly as neither likely nor unlikely, while 14% consider them likely, including 5% very likely.
