Roughly four-in-ten Americans oppose Israel's continuing military action in Gaza

In a Verasight survey of 3,000 U.S. adults conducted in September 2025, 41% of Americans opposed Israel's continuing military action in Gaza. This includes 29% who strongly oppose and 13% who somewhat oppose.
About a third neither opposed nor supported the action (37%). Another 22% supported it, with 11% who somewhat support and 11% who strongly support.
