Seven in ten say diplomacy is the best path to world peace

In a Verasight survey conducted April 9-15, 2025, 72% of Americans agree that diplomacy and negotiations are the best way for America to ensure world peace, including 32% who strongly agree.
About one-in-six (17%) neither agree nor disagree, and another 5% have no opinion. Just 6% disagree, including 2% who strongly disagree.
