Verasight surveyed 1,000 U.S. adults from August 12 to 18, 2026. 34.9% of Americans would not use AI tools to help design the life they want, while 29.5% would use them to compare options and support decisions.
Generating ideas attracts 29.3%, and turning goals into plans attracts 25.9%. Respondents could select multiple uses; the percentages do not add to a single choice.
