Core finding

For a majority of Americans, AI tools play no part in their work: 54% say they never use ChatGPT or other AI-powered products at their current or previous workplace, according to a January 2024 Verasight survey.

The rest report at least some use on the job: 16% of all adults use these tools several times a week, 12% once a week, 9% once a month, and 8% every day.
