Verasight surveyed 1,000 U.S. adults from August 12 to 18, 2026. 71.0% of Americans agree that bragging reflects poorly on a person, including 45.8% who agree and 25.2% who strongly agree.

Another 21.1% neither agree nor disagree. Disagreement accounts for 6.6%, with 1.3% strongly disagreeing.
