Core finding

Most Americans warm to the idea of a phone app built around health, energy, and daily functioning rather than weight loss: more than eight-in-ten (84%) express at least some interest, including 16% who are extremely interested, according to a March 2026 Verasight survey.

The biggest single group (32%) are 'moderately interested,' 20% are 'very interested,' and 17% are only 'slightly interested,' while the remaining 16% have no interest at all.
