Recent statistics reveal that over ten million Americans have grappled with serious housing challenges over the past year. It isn't only renters who have faced increased eviction rates, but also homeowners who are experiencing a rise in foreclosure risks. This growing trend is particularly concerning due to its association with stress and health issues, affecting individuals and communities alike. High housing costs have lead to housing insecurity becoming a more widespread problem, impacting people from all backgrounds. Considering this context, how often do you find yourself worrying about your own housing situation, whether it's the threat of eviction as a renter or the risk of foreclosure as a homeowner?
