Almost everyone says annual cancer screenings matter

As many Americans say annual cancer screenings are extremely important as say they are very important (31% each), according to an August 2025 Verasight survey.
A smaller share (27%) says the screenings are somewhat important, while 8% say they are slightly important and just 2% say they are not at all important.
