Daily fruit and vegetable eating is common

In a Verasight survey of 1,000 U.S. adults conducted Jan. 16 to 27, 2025, 62% of Americans said they eat fruits and vegetables at least once a day, including 33% who said several times a day.
About a third said they eat fruits and vegetables several times a week (31%), while 7% said several times a month or less.
