Many Americans say immigrants help drive innovation

A majority of Americans (59%) say immigrants contribute positively to innovation, including 27% who call the contribution very positive, according to a Verasight survey conducted Jan. 16-27, 2025.
Another 18% are not sure, 13% say immigrants make no contribution, and 10% say they contribute negatively.
