Many Americans would pick up sidewalk litter if they saw it

In a Verasight survey of 1,000 U.S. adults conducted May 16 to 17, 2023, 64% of Americans said they are at least somewhat likely to pick up a piece of litter they see on the sidewalk. Including 16% who said extremely likely, 19% who said very likely, and 29% who said somewhat likely.
Another 23% said they are a little likely, and 13% said they are not at all likely.
