Many Americans say natural disasters haven't affected their health

In a Verasight survey conducted Aug. 20 to 25, 2025, about a third of Americans (33%) say living through repeated natural disasters has brought no changes to their health.
Close behind, 28% report experiencing some changes and 7% stark ones, while 22% haven't lived through natural disasters and 10% are unsure.
