Parents turn to doctors first for their kids' health advice

A doctor or pediatrician is the first source 39% of Americans turn to for advice on their children's health, ahead of every other option, according to a June 2025 Verasight survey.
About a quarter (26%) say they are not parents. Friends or family rank next at 18%, followed by search engines like Google (9%) and social media (4%); online forums and AI chatbots trail at 2% and 1%.
